U-13 Boys Championship Sheild Final was played on the 15th of Oct in Tourlestrane under lights and won well, a big congratulations to the team on getting on so well in the championship. They won comprehensively on the night. Thanks to Michael Davitt and Colin Slevin for their hard work over the last few months.CLICK HERE TO VIEW PICTURES U-16C Girls played St. Nathys in the Championship final last Saturday morning and won by 9 points in an exciting finish to the year. Thanks to Jackie Clancy, Hugh Slevin & Siobhan O'Sullivan for there help over the year. The club held a Race night in Collins’ Bar recently which was a great success. We would like to thank the following business for their donations. Thanks to all who attended on the night it was a great success. Congratulations to Charlie Harrison on winning his first All-Star and GPA Award the only one in the province this year. The club would also like to congratulate the Dromahair ladies on winning the Connacht Intermediate final and to Sligo native Gerry Ballantine on managing them they were beaten in the All-Ireland semi-final by west Clare Gaels but showed great Heart. Drumcliffe/Rosses Point AGM will be held in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Rosses Point on the 5th of December at 5pm. Everyone is welcome to attend and any newcomers are also welcome. The club would like to express sincere sympathy to the Currid family on the recent and sudden passing of Brendan, Also to the Foy/McHugh family on the recent passing of Margaret, John Joe Donlon one of our sponsors on the recent passing of his brother.
